It may be hard to tell from the picture, but we stopped in for dinner on our way to a concert and had big salads and appetizers. :-) The Villager Salad with Gyros was fantastic - lots of fresh, hot gyros meat on top of a chopped salad of cucumber, tomato, olives, and onion. Why bother with lettuce? We also had the marinated beets with skordalia, and some delicious Chardonnay ... service was attentive and friendly as always, the roof and front windows were wide open to catch the warm breeze, and it was just perfect.

Ambience was amazing! Great in summer to go have a dinner or date. But service was not great at all. Food was good not great. Must order the cheese( saganaki) appetiser. We ordered eggplant with feta and Athena chicken

Loved the ambience and decor of this Greek restaurant. Friendly service and convenient location in the West Loop. For lunch, I ordered SPANAKOPITAKIA and Braised Lamb. The lamb was just okay to be honest. I didn’t care for the tomato sauce much. Although the lamb was very tender, it didn’t have much flavor. Overall I enjoyed my experience. Perhaps I’ll try the lamb chops next time to see if that’s better.
