It was a great day to get away. The drive was just an hour and a half from our home. The people were all kind and real. It's a smaller rodeo but big hearts.. A fun place to visit.

This is a lovely place to pause on the way to or from. I enjoy the peace and quiet that is possible in this park. I enjoy looking at their birds. Bluebirds are common, of course, as are nuthatches, chickadees, and woodpeckers. This place has a wonderful history, well told. This is a simple park, that happens to have a rodeo grounds!
