Not sure the service is great once your equipment is in their hands, but I called ahead to make sure they could do a repair, told them the brand I had and was told make your way in. As soon as I stepped to the desk I was told, "I can take a look but I wont be able to fix it as its not a brand we repair" I told them I JUST got off the phone, showed them the phone record on my cell making sure I called the correct number and was correct. He went into the back and asked a couple questions only to return to tell me I was not told they could repair my tool. Make sure the person youre talking to knows what they are talking about before loading anything up. 🤷‍♂️

Have a question about your lawn, such as which fertilizer or pre-emergent to use? And when to put it on? Ask Kevin. He's an expert. It's nice to go into a store where someone actually knows about the products they're selling. We buy all our lawn care products and small animal feed there, and I have found the prices to be about the same as I find other places and online. Plus, it's nice to support a small, local business.

My husband and I went in for a new chainsaw. The worker that helped us was super knowledgeable and friendly! They had exactly what we were looking for. We took in our old chainsaw for repair, too. They were too busy to take it at that time, but were honest and upfront about their timeline for repair. We'll be back. The cashier was friendly and helpful, as well.
