The girl with the black hair and tattoos named Gina always has an attitude and seems high and out of it. Whatever the case is I will never be shopping here and I have cancelled my membership. Where is the manager? There is so much tension in this store I feel it each time I walk in and I am never greeted. I understand everyone has their bad day but this girl seems to always be rude to me. I don’t know what is going on and why nothing has been done but there is always drama here between the employees when I’m shopping and I always leave with a bad taste in my mouth. The guy that is there Josh is always high you can tell in his eyes and does not assist anyone. I have cancelled my membership and will never buy Fabletics again. Horrible customer service. I’d expect better in WOODLAND HILLS. No one is ever greeted and when I ask for help I get major attitude. Like I said I understand everyone has their bad day but the girl with the dark hair and tattoos named Gina always leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know what she’s going through in life but leave personal business at home. You can tell there is nothing but tension in this store and they seemed to have just gotten worse and worse. Where is the manager? And why has nothing been done? I have complained to customer service about this location and nothing has been done. Even when I get help from Gina or Josh neither are even present...just rude and maybe high idk. Something is up and super unprofessional and I will never be back.

Gina is amazing and so is Josh Haelee are all amazing. I was able to use my credit, and am so happy with Fabletics! I redeemed to all my friend especially this store or Scottsdale. Thank you so much so happy with my purchase!

Service was bad, people are not nice or friendly. We did not hang out for long in here because does not make us feel comfortable. We left after 5 minutes. We rather go to the Fabletics at Spectrum shopping mall. We drove here for about an hour to the shop but we end up didn't buy anything because of those ladies attitude. 😞😡

I’m obsessed with this line! So many fun outfits. The store is clean, organized and always updated with new merchandise. The staff is very nice & helpful, but my favorite salesperson is Bridgette Hardine! ❤️
