Very disappointed. We ordered chicken wings and received : old reheated and and burned wings. We"l never ever eat or recommend to eat at Brown's chicken. We felt been cheated and this place have to be closed.

We try to stop here when we are in the state mostly for the fried mushrooms. Love the batter and they are served hot. Tried the hot dog this time with everything as I have never really had a Chicago Dog before. I don't really get it because I like the taste of the hot dog and it gets overshadowed with all the toppings. Service was great!

I almost exclusively go here to pick up food for a homeless shelter. But the staff are always very nice and my order is filled promptly and correctly. They do have a very delicious menu at the end of the day.

Overall disappointing meal. Restaurant was completely empty upon arrival, never a good sign. Service was adequate but not great, chicken was very greasy warm but not hot, mushrooms were undercooked with a soft white texture. Mashed potatoes were rubbery and had an artificial taste. Cole slaw was alright. Went back up to counter to ask for sauce, no one at counter, called out and a girl who was sitting relaxed upon the rear counters finally came to the front. Have eaten for years at other Brown's which served much better food.
