My wife and I had a great experience with Moon Valley. They were the only nursery that had any citrus in our entire region. Their customer service was incredible from the sales team to the installers: Dallin Inman was knowledgeable, energetic, helpful and responsive! Management helped navigate unforeseen challenges with grace and poise. The installation team was responsive, went the extra mile, cleaned the yard beautifully at the conclusion of the job and even switch some trees after I changed my mind in the middle of the job! The whole team truly went above and beyond! Everyone said the prices at Moon Valley were high but we got top quality trees and service. I have no regrets! You get what you pay for :-)

We went to Moon Valley nursery for shade trees. We did some research before going in. Louie was great. He showed us some trees and gave some pros/cons of each. Which work best in our particular climate and asked us about the size of our backyard. We have a hillside (which is where the trees will go) and asked for the angle of the slope. We ended up getting 3 trees @ 36 spec.

Got 23 beautiful producing fruit and citrus trees from Moon Valley Nursery. Phillip helped to identify existing trees on our lot. Very knowledgeable. John, the driver, helped with tips on pruning. Highly recommend their services. Very satisfied. Would use them again.

I am so impressed with Moon Vally Nurseries! I just got 40 trees installed at my home. I worked with Thomas Anthony for months selecting the best trees for my desired use and then choosing and reserving the best specimens on the lot. Tom came out to the house on multiple occasions and made excellent recommendations. It has been a true joy to work with him. John Montano took great care with my first delivery which included the crown jewel of the lot. He involved me and my wife in every step of the planting process to ensure we had the most desirable view of our investment. Oscar Estrada managed our second delivery and gave us incredible attention and ensured we were happy and set up for future success. For both deliveries, there were 9 guys that came out. Each and every one was friendly, respectful, patient, and professional. They made quick work of the task and were careful to leave no trash behind and spray down any surfaces that had become dirty. I would like to give a special shout out to Simon. Not all of the team spoke English, which is fine, but on multiple occasions, I was able to speak with Simon and give instruction or answer a question and he was able to communicate with the rest of his team. John and Oscar provided me with detailed instructions on the care of my new trees and I feel confident that I can keep this investment alive. I think the biggest compliment is that three of my neighbors came over afterwards to admire their work and ask for their contact information. I will definitely be going back to Moon Valley Nurseries for future flowers and trees, without hesitation! Thanks Moon Valley Nurseries!
