Feels like gambling when you order coffee which leads me to believe the employees are either inconsistent with how they put the coffee together or the employees just have different perceptions of what the order is. I ordered the exact same drink multiple times and it has never been the same. Sometimes there is a ridiculous amount of cream and sometimes it feels like 5 squirts of a flavor means barely pressing it 5 times because there is no flavor period. I would say the coffee is good 1/5 times, tolerable 1/5 times, and just a waste of money to the point that I just throw it away and drink black coffee at work or at home 3/5 times. Frankly, with the removal of hazel flavor and the price increases, the risk isn't even worth the stop anymore.

A nice spot to sit and visit with a friend or two for an hour or two. Coffee is far better than staryuck and a wide choice of dough-nutty delights. Breakfasty sides as well...but c'mon Donut is half it's name and all it's glory!

I ordered a coffee and avocado toast and was waiting at the pay window for a good 5 minutes then someone assisted me. Gave me my order while she was running my card & I asked for a straw and she said “i’m still running your card” and rolled her eyes and I said okay, no problem. Then gave me my card & straw and as I was pulling away she said “bitch”. Super unprofessional.
