We recently rented a pontoon and I am extremely pleased with the entire process. Picking a date and time was quick and easy. The paperwork was straight forward. The boat was ready the day of, with a captain who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the lake and area. The boat itself was in pristine condition and a 2019 model. We were just blown away. I did a lot of research before picking a boat rental to reach out to, and we were coming out of area. I would highly recommend making this your first choice for a boat rental in Lake Geneva.

Went to bar and grill on July 25, 2020. Our salads came with our pizza. No attention from the waitress. We had to ask for everything. Not a good experience at all. The pizza was good. The salad was not advertised in the menu. I would not recommend this place. We are from Madison WI

The sales guy, Brandon was very professional and helpful. He took the time to go over everything with the pontoon we were interested in purchasing. He took my brother and I out for a demo separately since we weren’t able to go out on the same day. Bob Hinkel was very helpful with all the paperwork and he also answered all of our questions and provided useful information. Hopefully, they will both continue to be helpful as we have additional needs after our purchase.

The Boat House helped our family have a memorable experience at Lake Geneva. They had our party of 10 accommodated from a beautiful pontoon rental all day to sun set dinning including live waterfront band. The deck crew to the service staff at the restaurant had our needs meet seamlessly. When I heard this was the first season at this location I was surprised. The team here is top notch !
