I took a very badly damaged phone that wouldn't turn on anymore to CPR in Eastvale. I asked them if they could go in to my broken phone and transfer the valuable data I had in there, to my new phone. Luis and Cesar went above and beyond to extract that data, and transfer it in to my new phone. I am eternally grateful to them and CPR, for their excellent knowledge, expertise and professionalism. You have a customer for life! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU....😊👍

I went there to purchase a replacement battery for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because the original battery wasn't holding a charge for long. I received a battery that they said was "authentic", but turned out not to be. I used the battery for approximately 2 months and then it started to expand. So I took it out and put my original battery back in and have been using it since. I didn't throw out the expanded battery right away and kept it stored in a box. Fast forward 3 weeks later and the battery expanded even more (see photos). I can only imagine if I kept that battery charging for a day, would there have been an explosion? I can't say anything about any other services or products they provide. So my review is specifically for my experience. UPDATE: (A week after this review) They replaced the battery free of charge. So review went from 1 star to 4 stars. They're definitely good at customer service. Thanks CPR team!

Not that I know
Yes they do
They seem capable to repair all versions of ipod touch but it comes down to if parts are available or not.
I'm not sure if the company monitors these comments in order to answer them, so I would just go ahead and give them a call and ask. I did, and they gave me a quote over the phone for my screen which they held to when I took my phone in for repair. Just make sure you ask about the cost for labor, because I don't think they quoted that to me over the phone. Also, I had to physically take my phone in first to have it evaluated before they would place the order, because my phone is not a common one that they would keep a replacement screen in stock. However, yours might be, so you might be able to get it fixed the same day you take it in. It took them about 3 hours to do the repair, but I believe that's because they're doing a professional job. I felt much more comfortable than I would if I had taken it to a kiosk at the mall.
Yes!
What I know about them is that, I was directed to them through an Asurion claim. My phone came back to me with the new screen and no further problems. They also completed the repair in about an hour. side note- I looked up a YouTube video on how to replace the screen... NOT THIS GUY, NOT ME!! Thank you, CPR
My sister had hers repair there she says the price is really fair, but you should call them different phones have different cost
Not sure about iPhone 8+ but they are worth every penny, they are honest people and won't over charge you.
Will cost little over 100.00 dollars
I'm not sure but they are wonderful honest people.
Hi Ricardo. Our repairs are done by trained technicians, using only high quality OEM-grade parts, and backed by a lifetime warranty that's good at any of the 500+ CPR stores nationwide. The Note 8 screen repair is $229-$299, depending on the extent of damage to your OLED. We will inspect it when you arrive at the shop, with a price confirmed before checking in your device.
