STOP looking elsewhere for that perfect engagement ring, this is where you need to come.  I was originally referred to Bravo Jewelers by my cousin who bought his ring from them.  I independently did my own research, and Bravo was one of the only 5 star shops with over a 100+ reviews.  I messaged them on facebook and within minutes they were able to answer my question.  I'm in sales and pride myself on customer service and fortunately so does Bravo Jewelers. My now Fiancee knew I was eventually going to propose and I decided to take her with me to see Edward at Bravo Jewelers. Edward asked us all the right questions to help us figure out our budget, the setting, and the cut that was right for us. Once we decided on the cut, he showed us several different diamonds to see what resonated with us the most...was it the color, the clarity, the carat, etc. He went a step beyond the basic 4 C's and taught me about depth, girdle, inclusions, feathers, table, etc. I went and did a ton of my own homework and told Edward what I had decided regarding budget, the 4 C's, and all other important factors. Two days later Edward had found three diamonds, all of which fit the bill of what I required in my diamond as well as nice to haves. I picked one of the diamonds and Edwaed had my setting customized to fit the stone perfectly. He told me he would have the ring ready in 2 weeks, but it was ready in less than 10 days. He wished me luck, and congratulated me after she said YES!  He gave me a great price, and my fiancee literally could not be happier as he made her dream ring become a reality....I will be sending all of my referrals to him

Needed to have a vintage ring repaired and not only did they respond almost immediately to my email but the ring was fixed within two days for a great price! It looks better than new. I've used this service to fix my wedding band because it was bent out of shape. I went to the store to show them my hand and what needs to be fixed. The staff has greeted me once I've come, and was assisted by the manager. They immediately started to work on the band and reshaped it for me in about 1 hour! I was very surprised the manager was able to get the ring back into shape so quickly. Once he handed it back to me I asked how much this pleasure gonna cost, he said that I shouldn't worry about it and just take care of the ring. Great service and feeling of being special here! 10/10 highly recommend. Huge thanks to the store because now I have my wedding band back and looking better than ever!
