High school kids runs this place. A lot of them just hang out and not workout. There are bags all over the floor, people wearing sandals, and there is no overall gym etiquette rules that should be enforced by staff. Equipment is nice and new from the remodel. Kids are working out without their shirt on like they are working out at a friends garage. I’m getting out of this location.

The bad: Frequently closed at random times, regardless of when the business has confirmed their hours. Business confirmed its hours a week ago, closes at 10pm, called to confirm they are open, phone just rings and rings and it’s 7pm. Closes at 5pm on the weekends, what? Some staff are friendly, some don’t even acknowledge you and are constantly in screen time mode. Have yet to see one staff member clean a piece of equipment. The good: duplicate machines, close to my house, some staff are friendly.

I like various classes here and some staff are friendly, specially Marissa from kids club. She is super responsible, engaging and interactive with kids. I am happy to see my kid happy with her when I pick my kid up. I feel comfortable and safe to leave my kiddo with her. I give 5 -star review because of her. Hopefully they can hire more staff like her in the Kids Club.
