The lack of communication between workers is greatly noticed by the customer. Then they don't tell customers who already paid that some equipment is out of service so the order can't be done fully until afterwards.

We're driving through and it took quite a bit of time to get out order. They had every curbside spot taken up so they were probably slammed but it we waited quite some time. Order was correct same for was good though

Not Satisfied at all why is it filthy in this store ? Cold Fries Again why do we waste time and money coming to McDonalds because it use to be good Needs much improvement please,,, FYI don’t use the bathroom you may end up with some major Germs ….. Why ? Urgh I would have walked out if it wasn’t for my two little girls ,,,,Wouldn’t want to Disappoint them…..hint hint Nov13 now I’ve been here waiting since 10:05 and now 10:30 and u don’t have my food ready

I'm an employee at one of Scott Soiher's stores we do hire 15-year olds to work but they can only work cash register and doing Lobby until 16 then they typically move to kitchen or other places of the store where they are needed some are crossed trained or they stay in one area. We are a franchise store not a corporate store. Also if your under the age of 16 you can only work until 7 p.m. if your 16 you can stay to midnight. Normally tho most under 18 stay tell 10pm with 11pm being the latest but it's not uncommon for some to stay until midnight. Note if you are scheduled off at 10 p.m. it does not mean you're getting off at 10 p.m. you may leave once you have permission from management if we are busy for any reason your not leaving until the rush is over and things are caught up. 15 year olds are an exception they have to be off at 7 p.m. regardless.
