Why were all the salespeople (there were 5 or more) on their phones? Not one of them asked me if they could help. I was there about 11am, not an overly crowded time of day. Actually only 2 of them even acknowledged that I was there. Julie was the only one available to help me after I asked her. I still ended up leaving with a pair of sandals but it was a horribly frigid experience that doesn’t make me want to go back.

I had a horrible experience attempting to buy a Canali suit for my wedding. A gentleman by the name of Hugh helped me find a suit but my size was at another store. As much as he said he was attempting to have this suit transferred he did not reach back out to me nor did the other store respond. So I took matters into my own hands and ordered it online where it was available. It seems Hugh then took the suit and I got a email stating it was no longer available. Not the best experience I must say, I cant say I will ever be shopping here again.

Objectively speaking this is an extremely expensive department store with lots of designer clothes. If you are interested in spending a lot of money on clothes and other stuff you may or may not need please check out this store. That being said the staff is extremely polite and courteous and helpful and will bend over backwards for you to ensure you have an excellent shopping experience.

I love this Neiman Marcus. It’s easy and easy out they have a great selection the sales people aren’t annoying at all LOL. Plus fashion Island is a super fun place to shop. I think I get all my purses at this location now for the last 10 or 15 years.
