I’m writing this review on an experience my mother had at victor benes bakery. It upset me so much to hear my mother voice how this employee treated her. Extremely rude and unprofessional in responding to my moms questions. This is our local market, we shop here often but I will not support this family owned business anymore. She is an elderly women who does not need to be treated this way. If this employee treated my mother this way I wonder how many other customers she’s treated so rudely. Victors Benes, I hope you look into your employees and make sure if they can’t handle customer service that they be removed from working with the public. This is highly unacceptable and I’ll be submitting my review to the better business bureau.
