I went in the store to have copies made. I asked at the copy desk the price of the size of copy I needed. The young man behind the counter informed me that I should do it online instead. I asked him again what the price would be, he he once again told me to go online. He did not know the prices because there were too many products and services to have memorized. I. I asked him to look it up since he was standing at the copy desk. He told me to go online Because there were too many prices for him to memorize them all. I asked him to look it up since he was at the copy desk.. He again told me to go online. I walked out.

I needed heavy grade paper (60#). They were short of that weight but were able to supply me with 100# which works well for my application.

Don't waste your time. 2 lazy print associates. Sent in order via web, 2 associates not able to receive order, not able to process. If your system can't print there definitely doesn't need to be two people back there helping no one.
