Had an awesome time at the sample sale today with Julia at the Costa Mesa location. She listened and delivered what I was looking for and I said “Yes to the Dress” Everyone was super sweet and ready to assist. This store is so big and GORGEOUS with so much to select from. When I called to make the appointment, the person over the phone said to me before she hung up that I will find my dress there and I totally did!! I’m so happy and thrilled with my dress! Thank you Julia, all staff and Panache! We’ll. We back for my daughter’s dress!!

Terrible. These people are so cold and fake. My friend and I had an appointment over the weekend, and it was the worst bridal experience ever. The owner stalks around all the brides appointments and is very judgmental. So was the lady who helped us, Kelly. They started cutting our appointment time down when they realized we were not going to find the dress today. We had a cocktail before the appointment and are naturally bubbly people. We were there to enjoy the experience and were very excited about getting to try on Berta. They kept making comments about drinking water and asking if the bride was driving or Ubering. When we confirmed she was not driving they said “oh good. Take some water”. It was completely uncalled for and unnecessary. Do not waste your time or money here.

Erika at Panache was absolutely amazing today during our visit. My bride was a little nervous going in, but Erika was able to hone in on the perfect options for us immediately. After just a few questions and short conversation with me bride, Erika pulled multiple show stoppers! She even gave us the time to really think about the choices, and this made my bride feel at ease and confident when she finally said YES to her dress. I am so appreciative of today’s experience because I know that it takes a special dress consultant to guide her client to perfect decision without pressure or that “sales” feeling. I will always seek out Erika with future brides when I’m in LA.
