Just moved in- LOVE the place! Relocated from out of state and Nick from the leasing office made my move so easy and comfortable. I have a small dog and can already tell how dog friendly the environment is, not to mention clean! 10/10 recommend if you're looking for an affordable place to live near Madison.

I would highly recommend living here! The staff is super nice and accommodating. If I ever needed something fixed they were very prompt. The area is great and they do an awesome job at keeping the building clean. I never had any issues with noise at all. I loved living here! :)

Brownridge Terrace is awesome! No matter what your age the community is ready to meet and exceed your expectations. I have lived here since it opened and have been completely satisfied with my living experience. The staff are friendly, maintenance requests are responded to quickly and the grounds are beautiful. The community manager quickly adopted safety measures during the pandemic to keep us residents safe and healthy and continues to hold virtual events to engage with residents. My apartment is beautifully appointed with up to date appliances and stunning views. I highly recommend living at Brownridge Terrace or any of the Steve Brown Properties in the area.

We love living here. The ladies in the office are always friendly and helpful. The pool and other common spaces are kept clean, no smelly hallways. We've lived in two different apartments at Brownridge and they were both great. Beautiful hardwood floors, good looking cabinets, no stains in the bathtubs when we moved in. The noise level here is very low, we rarely hear the neighbors. Maintenance is pretty great- they've responded to our requests within an hour or so on several occasions. Overall it's a great place to live and well worth the money.
