The store is well organized and has a good selection, access and parking, allowing for quick visits, to check the available and ever changing items and collectables. It is conveniently close to the Historic Fairfax district, the Farmers Market and The Grove

Large store. Well organized. They also sell new items. This store is ok, but not my favorite. In all my visits there, I have found only 2 dresses that I really like ...the rest is just alot to weed through. Lots of out of style clothing .

2/24/2022 I have to say something about the management at the 7919 Beverly Blvd location. She is a VERY rude person. I see the terrible way she openly treats the other employees under her, but she also treats the customers with disrespect. I have been shopping at that location for many years and donate a lot there, and am very disappointed to see this kind of management style. A store called "GOODWILL" should not be hiring people like this. She barked at me to "go checkout " when it was still 15 minutes before closing time and I was still shopping. If the store had to close early for some reason I might understand, but thee is no excuse for the tone she used. I was absolutely furious about having my head bit off by this woman. There is NO EXCUSE for her behavior. This location also puts out very few hard goods lately. Its the only Goodwill in the country that has so little. Collectors don't waste your time here! Very very poorly managed location. Cashiers are friendly though.
