Great fish and seafood prices. We got 2 lbs of giant/enormous shrimp for $27. It was 30 ginormous shrimp in the pack! Also, their bulk meats were reasonably priced. Store is always clean. Staff are generally friendly. Sales reps in the middle of the store (selling their company's products/services) are quite pushy! Pizza combo is still $2.50!!! 😋!

Would give zero stars if I could. Let me start by saying I usually do not complain, in fact the opposite. when I receive good service I take the time to let the company know. Stopped by (Ontario store) to return an item for my daughter in law that was ordered on line as she is 8 months pregnant and lives 1 1/2 hours away from the nearest club. the on line return function was not working which I explained to associate. Although I had the receipt and a copy of her membership number the associate refused to return the item. Daughter n law just wanted the item returned and the purchase price returned to her debit card a whole $34.46, not a large amount. Her excuse was that she would "get in trouble". REALLY??? Of course she had no name tag but insisted she was a manager. Really Sam's club, since when can you not return an item? What if this would been a gift? Very disappointed with the Ontario/ Rancho Sam's club, customer service and especially the employee. I have always shopped here and Never had an issue before Will now be shopping at the Chino location. Maybe you should have a chat with this employee. Date: 7/2/22 @ 7:15 ish PM. Where is customer service??

I would have given 0 stars had I the opportunity solely on their cafe staff. Today took almost 2hrs from the moment I got in line to the minute I got my food. Not only was the staff slow, there were multiple staff in the back talking and not working. Numerous customers were unhappy with the service and "unhappy" is an understatement. You really need to step up your game and get employees who can work efficiently.

The only difference is between the two you can go in early in the morning with the one that cost $100 yes you do get some specials but not a lot so $45 is cool

Sam's Club gas station is still closed. I was there today at 3:00PM shopping. Management said they have ran into so issues.

Business hours for sat are 7am to 9am. Regular hours are 9am to 8:30pm for sat. There are no business hours for Sun, but their regular hours for Sun are 10am to 6pm. Mon thru Fri business hours are 7am to 10 am and the regular hours are 10am to 8:30pm.
Usually it's 10am to 8:30pm monday thru saturday but if you have plus membership you can go in at 7am except sundays its open from 10am to 6pm for all members
