They took my payment all right like every month but I leave their bitter because I know the mean evil thing that they did to me and my family that I'll never forget and they don't seem to care nor will they ever address it they have Monopoly and they're very happy to have that God bless you all and have a great day

I have a billing issue. I pay bills to 3 water companies. Otay, SubMeters, and American. SubMeters and American average $20 to 22 dollars and Otay $75.00 or more. The difference is Otay has the largest sewer fee, Otay has an infrastructure fee the others don't, about $17.00, a water system fee $20.00 and the others don't. Actual water usage is about the same average about $10.00. Why is Otay sooooo high. Are we covering all the new infrastructure for East Lake? Are they receiving all the recycled water? I live in old Chula Vista and would like to change to SubMeters

I am very impressed with the professional and extremely helpful response that I received when i contacted the district office. I needed help getting my water turned off so I can get some repairs done. The Operations Department staff and then Patrick who arrived within 45 minutes of my call were great and went beyond the call of duty in helping me solve my problems. Thank you

I wouldn't put anything past Otay water district they are the worst water district in the world they take advantage of their customers they're not fair the stories I could tell you about what they did to me should be arrested unfortunately it's all we have water districts are controlled kind of like they have Monopoly and there's nothing we can do and of course they won't even let us drill our own well today I pay my bill every month but with remorse I really wish someday I could get an audience to tell them how hurt my family was from their actions God bless you all and have a great day
