Can I put less than one star in this chain!!! Stupid clerks ask your name but didn’t mention it!!! Was not written on the cup, just announce what the drink was & if I wasn’t paying attention & if there’s another order same as mine how would I even know it’s my drink? Why the need to ask name? Does not make sense! Unprofessional! Getting your coffee in the morning here will only make your morning worst! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I felt awkward not being able to leave a tip, but the staff was friendly and courteous! The drinks came out outstanding today!

1170 Baker St, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 This location certainly should adjust the Staffing for the weekend morning crowd during the holidays. Additionally, not having something as simple as honey for a menu item is disappointing. Especially when it's an item that can reasonably be acquired from a market or Nother local Starbucks, since there's always more than one clustered together. And, please also ensure that attentiveness by the employees is being practiced, in that they are being observant of those amongst the customer crowd and how long they've been there. The reason of this is mentioned is because when the ticket system fails, like this morning, it should be visible enough to anticipate that someone's been waiting a little too long and that waiting for a bagel and a single drink item order should not take more than 15 minutes when you only have a weight line for pickups of about eight and a staff of four to five.

Love this location, I love to get my coffee fix here, then I go a few doors over to french's bakery 🧁🥯 🤤. My order at Starbucks is always perfect. ALthough, I do advice that the person taking the beverage orders read back the order to make sure or no discrepancies and/or waste.
