Staff was easy to work with and friendly, with a quick turn-around. I only wish the ink was a bit stronger (it faded a bit after just one wash), but it worked well for what I needed.

Terrible customer service. I went inside to inquire on some t-shirts I wanted to get done for my husband's business and the lady in the front desk that "helped me" was so bitter and miserable working there. Hated all the questions i asked, rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Made my experience very unpleasant. Waste of time but I'm glad i didn't use their business. I found a very pleasant place for his shirts and excellent owner.

Terrible customer service. Slow turn around time. Gabriela lacked customer service. I received no updates regarding my shirt. She even sent me an unprofessional email in all caps - insinuating yelling. I asked her about it and she didn’t find it problematic. I was refunded after being told the printer was down. All in all-waste of money definitely overpriced. I will not be going against it’s definitely more affordable online. This experience made me never want to go again honestly. Would NOT recommend.
