A solid Lowe's location. Always great service and the people who are there to help are knowledgeable but patient with me: a handy newbie. There's very few things outside of a wrench or screw driver I use effectively.

Came here on a Saturday with friends to get more for a big backyard project. Lot of the stock was picked over and there was stock on pallets in the overhead. The forklift was needed and they made the best of a challenging situation. Couldnt figure out forklift safety policies. As the aisle that the stock was in the next adjoining aisle was also blocked off. But then in the same pallet was put into a bay on the other side of the aisle while folks were on the other side and children were near where the heavy merchandise was going. Something just didnt seem right. Saftey is always better before something happens.

Terrible customer service. I needed to know if I could get an item transferred from 1 store to the store closest to me for pickup by a contractor (it’s about 13 miles distance) and they each refused to help unless the other store would act first, and after 6 phone calls I just told the contractor to pick it up at the store I bought it at, and he arrives to find that they have shipped it to the correct store and not tell me or the contractor. A real head ache! Great for pricing, but you are getting what you paid for in customer service!

I recently purchased washer and dryer set and had interactions with Shana. She was great even with the minor issue we had (not her fault) she did what she could but she was great. I love my new washer and dryer set. Delivery guys were fantastic even though the employees don’t want to answer the phone at distribution center. Only downside is Veterans do not get discounts on Appliances.
