I have never experienced such a pleasant, hassle-free, no pressure and fun car buying experience as I had back in December 2021 at Ladd-Hanford. The whole entire process from inquiring about a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited 4xe that was listed as "in transit" to amazingly driving it off the lot within a week and then - the real test - follow up/customer service was unlike anything I have ever dealt with when buying a car. I thought I was in the twilight zone as NO one pressured me, circled me like vultures (as some car dealerships do), or pushed me into buying extra packages, warranties etc. VERY fair and easy to deal with. Unbelievable that I got over $4,000 more on my two trade-ins there than the dealerships in my local area were giving me (where I even know the people.) They even chauffered me home (about 80 miles from them) after taking one of my trades to them. Just last week I had a little run in with a rock and needed a quick paint touch up. They were on it immediatly with a complimentary paint stick on the house. I would definitely go there again for a vehicle and recommend them. EVERYONE was so helpful and pleasant. Shout out to my salesman Josh Streiff and General Manager Gary Deibert. You made the process easy with no stress or hassles and it was actually FUN! Thank you to you both and the rest of the staff.

Needing some wheels in a hurry, I followed a friend’s recommendation to contact Ian Donlin at Ladd Hanford. I explained my needs and he quickly went to work and found me the right vehicle at a fair price. This all happened swiftly and efficiently. I am extremely happy with my new Jeep.

Yesterday was the third trip down to Ladd Hanford. (This is three weeks since first visit). My service four-wheel-drive light came on. Nothing was able to be done the first time it was there. They did not have time to actually take it totally apart and find out exactly what the problem was. The Second trip to Ladd Hanford, we drop the car off the evening before and had to call after it. Only to find out that the mechanic who was to work on it, was in training that day. So our car was there all day, not worked and no one called so that we could pick it up. So yesterday (our third visit) they did take it apart and find out they needed a certain part, which they are unable to get, it is on backorder. No no one called to tell me this I had to call. And now I am told that it could take a week, or a month even because the part is on backorder. And of course they do not have any loaner cars available at this time because the dealership only has one loaner car. Not happy at all with Ladd Hanford. And who knows what the bill will be….

Other than sitting and waiting for 3+ hours for my car to be done after being told it would only take an hour and a half. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my Jeep and order the part. The service people were very kind and helpful. The staff are always pleasant, even though some seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered when asking where certain vehicles were.
