ZERO STARS!!!! This has been the most horrific experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad!!! Starting off with the manager at the Hialeah store has no knowledge of the policies or any customer service. His only concern was getting us out of the store and having us call Geek Squad. Calling Geek Squad is a whole other frustrating and mentally draining experience. From calling and being put on hold for long periods of time and then being disconnected. To the lack of customer service towards the customers. But I wish I can say that calling Corporate would help but that would be a total lie. Best Buy is lacking quality in its customer service and training in policies. I've spoken to over a hand full of people in the last 24 hours and they have all said different information. I'm baffled! After this experience, I can honestly say that Best Buy does not exist for me. Luckily we live in a time where I have plenty of options of where to shop! Friday 06/24/2022 @ 6:45 pm still on hold for 45 minutes. Best Buy is not following its Code Of Ethics. Here is a reminder: According to the Code of Ethics - Our Customers Customers are the heart of all we do. Our purpose is to enrich their lives through technology with a customer-obsessed approach to meet evolving customer expectations in stores, at home, and online. Together, we are talking about what's possible and building deeper relationships with those we serve. Update: I was transferred to the parts department!!! HORRIBLE!! This is a horrible game of HOT POTATOE!!! Best Buy needs to reevaluate what they believe in and update the Code of Ethics. (Clearly, they are not following!)

We went in to trade my son's phone for something better. (This was a birthday gift). Inside, Tmobile has a center set up and we were taken care of by the nicest employee there by the name of Liz. She assured us of all our decisions, explained EVERYTHING to us. I need to swap my daughter's phone in a few months and I definitely will be back there, despite living 20 miles away. The quality of service from her is hard to come by. Oh, and I know what some of you maybe thinking. Commission based, of course they are nice. No, they aren't paid on commission. She was genuinely that sweet.

Just left the store and definitely no attention to customer concerns. I couldn't find an item, so I went to customer service to ask just what aisle is on. These young kids have 0 attention to questions and told me i needed to go to talk to pc people. All I asked is aisle and they said they couldn't help me. Isn't customer service there to help you??? Definitely 0 stars
