Food Lion promotes an appealing view to the general public, and try to paint some charitable organization to the local community. There are so many great under utilized individuals within, that can do so much more . Like any major corporation operating in a " AT WILL " employment setting 1. Employee files complaint with company or state agency Employer + Employee - - - - big minus a. At this point generally the employer will use government agencies, lawyers, and insurance companies to steal, kill, and destroy the employee stellar employment history, refute the truth, and scar their employees mentally with no regard. Food Lion during the pandemic really demonstrated the hypocrisy they live in, due to corporate mentality $$$$ , failing senior local store staff, and the employees that supported these management teams. Employees lives were put in danger and many lost lost their lives. The turn over rate of employees with this employer is like many others due in part to the lack of proper; a. Honest, Ethical, Caring Management b. A truthful proper hands on mentoring training school for new employees. c. A do as I do atmosphere, rather than the usual do as I say or else

The black lady that works customer service is a rude ole auntie Tom .it was a white customer ahead of me and she was kissing more rump than a street walker wih all the niceness and then when she got to me she was dryer than that wig on her head .the sign showed a sale on the rebdbulls that wanch gonna tell me I read the sign wrong .I mean that wanch was rude and dry as she could be .it's sad how black folks feel the need to kiss white rump but treat their own bad but she will get hers by the universe ole dusty troute
