Service was great! Cleaners were nice and communication was quick and clear. However, the products that they use were unable to address water stains and rust. The cleaning was not thorough enough, but maybe my expectations were too high? Unfortunately, we would not likely hire this company again. The company did take off $20 for the inconvenience.

Tranquil Home is professional and definitely a service I will use regularly. My home smells fresh and feels clean and not covered up with layers of chemicals and bleach. I’m a busy professional and treating myself to cleaning support through a legitimate and conscientious company was such a healthy decision—wish I had done it sooner! We completed our first deep clean last weekend with Tranquil Home and were very impressed with the service! Our cleaner did an impressive job cleaning our kitchen appliances (toaster, oven, and fridge!). The bathroom tub, which is quite old, looked brand new. Arranging your cleaning is incredibly easy and professional with the team at Tranquil Home. The communication from the office was clear and timely. Payment through the company portal feels secure and hassle-free. My only disappointment was that the team does not do windows, but I'm pretty sure they disclaim that in their service list. I did have to go back over my tracks/sills after the deep clean was complete. Regardless, we'll be having Tranquil Home pay a monthly visit from here on out!
