Super helpful and very knowledgeable. They have helped us with servicing our vacuum and our sewing machine. They have also helped us purchase two new machines and really took our needs and budget into consideration and didn't just try to sell us the most expensive machines. We will be shopping for our next vacuum and sewing machine with them.

Had my vacuum serviced their previous to my visit today. The last visit the guy was very nice told me that he didn't sell my vacuum but would make sure all my information was in his system to service next time I was in. Of course I came back to purchase more bags and to my surprise the guy says he doesn't have what type of bag I needed and it looks like I never picked up machine. I assured him that I had my machine and had paid for it and only needed bags today. He said he could guess at which bags I needed but that was the best he could do. I kindly stated I was a bit disappointed that he didn't have information in system. He got upset!!! He started screaming at me. I ask him what was his problem.. He said he was F****** Pissed off and and I should buy the bags and go! He had my credit card in his hand he threw my card across the counter and started screaming at me to sign the receipt. At this point I was in shock !- I told him I am not buying anything from him and I wanted him to take the purchase back off my card.. It was crazy.. I will NEVER do business with him and will take time to tell others about my experience. Had I been a man he would have never screamed at me like that. Bringing back a man in there would only make things worse. He has gotten away with talking to people like that or he would have never been that comfortable in what he did to me.. Nothing I said should have triggered him like that and I am very sadd that he felt he needed to treat me in such an unprofessional manner.
