Terrible service. They are not attentive to details. They get upset and disrespectful when they are wrong. The maker of my sub kept asking what I wanted on it after I told her numerous times. She didn’t listen. A 6 inch was what I ordered but she is loading up a 12 inch instead and got upset when I corrected her. Now wonder you work here. You can’t pay attention. Not my fault.

Online order used to work before and I could just walk in and get my food not having to worry about making too much contact with people to avoid the virus but now its not working anymore. The store is never busy so I dont understand why online ordering doesn't work. Haven't eaten subway since, very dissapointed.

I haven't been to Subway in years decided to stop & was surprised to find small proportioned meat neatly stacked & not covered. Not sure if this is customary but nothing looked fresh & everything seemed processed. I end up getting a 6"meatball sub on wheat & it was rather tasty. The overall condition of the restaurant was clean & I had a decent experience. I was just disappointed in the the display of meat options as nothing was covered or looked inviting.

Love subway food, employees here don’t respect anyone, they have no manners, they do not like their job! Just a suggestion hire a better manager and they will hire better people. You do not get repeat customers when you disrespect people. I would eat here everyday but I cannot stand being treated like dirt when I am paying for something.

Questions & Answers

Why don't the sandwich makers wear "HAIRNETS"?.

I believe if hats are worn, hairnets are not required. Not sure if required for pre-processed food. No cooking is involved. All subway does is heat things in their microwave.
