Trailer wheel and bearing fell apart 7months into use of less than 500miles. Wheel fell off after leaving the shop on S Blvd. No warranty and not much help from the sales guy who looked at it 2miles before it happened and said it was fine for the time being. Would not recommend buying a Leonard trailer as the parts are junk with no warranty.

Staff is very knowledgeable about all their accessories. I was hesitant to just go anywhere to get a camper shell installed on my new truck, so I went to the best. Leonard did an excellent job installing my shell and rack. Sam was very helpful going over all the options that would work best for what I wanted on my truck. I never write reviews but had to this time. I had an awesome experience with Leonard on South Blvd in Charlotte today. This started with Sam on the phone, he had a great attitude and was full of knowledge. I am a new truck owner and needed get a bed liner installed. I called multiple stores and had multiple conversations around different products and pricing. Sam had far and away the most knowledge, the best attitude and the best pricing. The best part of it all was I had a limited window and Sam fit me in the same day. When I arrived at the store I worked with Tammy and Eric and they were extremely nice and knowledgeable as well. The outcome was great, the truck bed looks amazing. I have a warranty on the work and will definitely be going back to Leonard's for more aftermarket products. Sam took the time tonight as they were trying to close for memorial day weekend to walk me through the store and show me bed covers and rails/steps. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I am a new loyal customer.
