I have lived at Apple Villa since February of this year and I have nothing but positive things to say about it! Jennifer made the move in process super easy and smooth. The unit I live in is super beautiful and spacious and modern. I have a 3 year old daughter and there is plenty for her to do here; she loves to play on the playground, and Jennifer also organizes fun events for the kids. It’s a super safe and family friend area- all of my neighbors I’ve met have been very friendly and welcoming. Overall I have had absolutely zero issues while being here and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in living here.

Absolutely love the community at Apple Villa. Jennifer does an amazing job planning things for the tenants all year round. The food truck visits, ice cream socials and fireworks are just a few of my favorites. There’s something always planned to keep the kiddos busy and having fun. Really nice to have a break from the same old day to day routine! Highly recommend✅

I have been living at Apple Villa for the past year now, and plan on staying. The apartments are absolutely wonderful, clean, spacious, and accommodating. They are always having events/food trucks, and always making sure the residents needs are addressed and taken care of. We Love it here!

I have been here for over a year now and I’ve been very impressed with the community in general. There has been a new pool installed as of about a year ago. There’s an area being worked on for a dog park, and we now have a doggy bag and disposal station that’s REALLY handy! There is a track right next door for exercise as well! Everyone I’ve met here has been friendly and inviting. I’m really happy I found this little community. It’s a nice peaceful place to live!
