This place does an Amazing job, seriously the only issue I have with this place snd slot of others just like it, well is the fact that their ability to speak English is just horrendous! It is very hard to understand them witch makes it hard to describe what you want. Other than that it’s an AMAZING facility!! Will absolutely go again!!!

Always paid over a 100 dollars plus tips because the male guy makes sure to charged the tips if you don't do it....and the services bad there do whatever they feel like it far from my expectations from there own samples nails and on top he is rude and disrespectful. Lost a client .

The owner is very rude, and doesn’t like when you ask to have a certain nail technician. I do not recommend them for walk ins, the act annoyed when you walk in and do not have an appointment. Their prices are not worth the quality of the nails you get. The owner needs to work on her customer service skills and try to be more professional and courteous instead of telling a customer they are not allowed to wait for a certain technician and to come back another day if they want that nail technician.

I’m updating my review.. This place is a waste of money!!! DONT BOTHER. Pictures enclosed First time I came here (well tried this place again) their nails were FIRE.. I’ve been here 3x now & every time (excluding the first time) these nails have been TRASH! Broken in 3-5 days. Have to come back 2-3 times to fix a nail within 2 weeks of getting my nails done.. This was literally the final straw & id rather drive around trying new places than to deal with expensive trashy brittle nails & then get a rude attitude bc I asked nicely to please remove the ugly two white nails with child like designs. Including pictures of what they’re falsely advertising vs what they were trying to send me out the door looking like… This was LITERALLY the ONLY time they did a good job ****Forgot to take an actual picture of my nails, so this will have to do. I first went to this nail salon when it originally opened & never went back. Looking, again for a new nail salon, a close friend was adamant to go to this nail salon & give it another shot. My goodness! I’m SO happy I did! The last nail salon I went to was more about design & how long my nails lasted. There wasn’t really any conversations, it was always crowded, it was hard to get an appointment & after 8 years, the value of nails decreased, as the time I spent in there increased. This place is comfortable! You feel welcomed. They do your nails softly & kindly. It’s actually very relaxing & enjoyable. Oh & by the way, my nails have been on for 3 weeks & 1 day & still none have fallen off or broken!
