Steve Jones - what an awesome man! I want to say THANK YOU for taking the time to help us out. I called multiple times and spoke to several men and I got ignored 2 times from them. I called the 3rd time and Mr. Steve Jones took my call. I told him what I was looking for. Although there was nothing in stock he took the time while I was on the phone to find any new orders coming in soon. He found a Yukon that wasn’t built yet and sent over to me the information that same day. Others didn’t do. Maybe because we are from California and we are far out we were getting ignored. But I would definitely work with Steve again. I will definitely keep him in mind. I have no complaints about him. He made me feel comfortable. And he’s super funny!!! Totally loved his personality!!!!! Love my Yukon Denali ( Red ) ❤️ Finance lady made it super easy as well and she was nice !!! Thank you ❤️😎

I called in to get a quote on some work for my vehicle and I was connected with Kevin Linn in the service department. I explained what I wanted to know about and Kevin was straight forward and stated he did not know the answer, but would find out and call me back as soon as he knew. Typically people don't ever call back if they don't have an answer, but within about 30 minutes he called me back with all the info I requested and helped to explain why I needed certain things done for the longevity of my car. He was very kind and patient with me, I appreciate that very much!
