I wouldnt count on them allowing pets. We live next door and someone has been to our door stating the man is afraid of big dogs. We rarely let them stay out because the grandaughter said they have guns. So basically they threatened our dog because he barked at him. If hes that afraid of dogs he should be close to our fence. If hes that afraid that he threatens a dog and has killed a little dog before id be afraid to take a dog. Id just go some place safe.
