Counter Service agent Was very dismisive and Un-empathetic . When in the Day Before to purchase Brake parts. Agent whontook care of me was very Nice and Helpful..but did nit have all the parts , he placed order and stated he would call around 5pm when parts arrive.....Never received the call to pick up. I had paid order in full and was just waiting for parts. Since i did not get a call i showed up tjraday Morning to see what happened and mourning agent could care less wash his hands saying was not his fault computer showed nothing else was ordered , i made him keep looking and he finally found item in his store , but now no matter how much they put me through now the agent started saying i had to pay for items which had been pre-paid....needless to say i was upset.....to make matters worse because i kept pressing hom to talk to other agent whobtook payment , which happened to be in the store , he started to get testy and say he was going to have me leave the store if i used another cuss word. Very Baddddddd Customer Service , This agent should never be taking care of customers .... This store Just Lost a CUSTOMER.!!!!!!

I provided a rating of 5 Stars a year ago, as this location/crew has always been superb. Nevertheless and a bit delayed (few months ago)....I wanted to mention how impressed and appreciative I was with Matt's willingness to go well & beyond troubleshooting the possible issue(s) with my Daughter's vehicle. He really wanted to do everything possible. Matt was committed in finding a resolution, and with such a cheery disposition. He is knowledgeable and definitely willing to go the extra. I also appreciated Eric's assistance today! This location has been consistently A+! 😉

Helpful folks here. Got some replacement windshield wipers, could not figure out how to get them attached (Thanks Ford), folks inside took care of getting them installed. Definitely where I shop for all my car stuff!
