When I went to make my order the girl on the line was extremely rude and seemed as if she didn’t care about her job. As I asked for a big breakfast with hot cakes she said okay never once putting in the screen. As I pulled up to the window she started to say what my order was my order was in some interpretable speech. I just trusted her and said yes and as I pulled to the second window the lady was even more rude then the first one seeming as if she didn’t give a fudge about life. I said hey this isn’t what I ordered and she throw a fit and got the receipt I said the lady didn’t even put my order down and she tells me there’s nothing she can do. I choose not to cause a sense but this is extremely sad for McDonald’s to hire people as rude as that.

Mc Donold needs to hire more people for Friday night shifts. I got in line with 4 infront of me at 9:10 pm by 9:20 there were 4 more cars behind me and 5 on the other side of the line. By the time I reached the order speaker it was 9:35. Reached the pay here window at 9:56 reached the last pick up window at 10:10 pm then waited another 7 minutes to finally get my food. That's ridiculously too slow. You either hire more people or train the ones you have to work and serve a little faster. Fool me once.

Worst McDonald’s ever!!! They never gave dinning room open. Went there today door was open. But manager ran up and said please leave as they don’t have time to serve ppl up front. Drive-threw only. It was 5 pm are you kidding me!! Second every time I come here (why I have no idea) the order comes out wrong, the workers in the drive threw are always rude. 3rd they are very unsanitary! I was inside one day and watched the manager walk around with the fry basket placing on the counter to take money. Then went and dump into fries. Everyone who saw was disgusted! This is the last time I come here! I’ll drive the extra 10 mins for quality food and service with a smile!

Let me just say, when they get your order right, the food is what you expect from Macca's. It's comfort fast food that makes you remember getting Happy Meals when you were a kid. The problem is with mobile orders, the window is so small for Curbside pick up, they'll come out and tell you "It's too late for that" ... dude, you came out, just bring me my food next time or disable curbside. Don't believe the lies when seeing the Drive Thru, it may look clear but you'll still be waiting 5-10 minutes regardless, if there's another car or more in front be prepared to see yourself visually age while waiting. Food on point (when right), service not even close. :(
