What has happened to McDonalds? Took half an hour to get my food and the fries were cold. I would have asked for new ones but the guy handing out food just did not pay attention to the people standing at the counter. He called my order but left it on the shelf. I stood there amd finally caught his attention when he called another number. He handed me the bag and kept going. No drink so I had to continue standing there. Once again, I had to get his attention and told him I ordered a drink. He simply out a cup next to my bag and didn't say a word. No apology or anything. This guy should not be in a customer facing position. This whole store is obviously poorly managed amd not efficient at all. During my half hour wait, I heard people calling out for a quarter pounder in drive thru that had been holding for 500 seconds and another for 300!!! Do better!!

We stopped by on the way from Virginia to SC. Both me and my daughter's nuggets were dry, stale and cold. It was too late to turn around to replace the food.

The worst cluster BEEP I've ever been in after waiting in a Drive-Thru waiting area for 20 minutes for my food I found out they threw mine in the trash.. nobody including the manager behind the counter did not know what was going on. And they want $15 an hour and they can't even get a hamburger order straight !!!!!!

This McDonald's needs to get their act together. I asked for a sausage biscuit with cheese and a sausage Mcmuffin with cheese a hot caramel macchiato an a caramel frappe. I had to tell the workers twice what I ordered. I still got the wrong order. Got it replaced got the wrong order again an then waited for 20 minutes for a coffee with moca in it an it still was wrong. Don't waste your money or time on this place just go to BK across the road or Hardee's down the street shoot even taco bell.
