We had such a positive experience purchasing a new bedroom furniture set at Ashley this week. Becky M was an absolute joy to work with! She gave us time to browse on our own but was nearby when we had questions and is super knowledgable! Once we found our favorite she was on top of every detail and she happily answered the many questions I had. Definitely recommend this store and Becky to everyone!

My wife, daughter and I went in to look at a zero gravity couch and met Greg. He was a great salesman! He wasn't pushy at all, let us look and checked in at the perfect times. Once we found our perfect piece he worked with us on pricing with the sales event going on and delivery. Greg was very upfront about everything, from the deliver times and color options effecting those timings of inventory. He helped us decide which deliver option was best for our needs. We were very impressed with Greg and his professionalism that we are HIS customers for life! We live over an hour away and will make the drive to see him in Jacksonville next time we have another furniture need. Thank you Greg for being such a wonderful partner to us!

The store has some really great reclining options. Some of the couches have hidden comartments for gummy bears, beef jerky, and chilled liquor. Each time we visited we were greeted by an employee. Rachel was very enthusiastic and attentive. I reckon we got a good price for the furniture we decided to purchase.

The shopping experience was great! I was helped by Becky who was incredibly helpful and very sweet. She let me move pillows and ottomans around the store to find the combo of living room seating that was perfect for me: how firm or soft I like the cushions, how I want the fabric to feel, everything! The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because I spent a little more than I was hoping to, and it is going to take a couple of months to get delivered.
