Not too shabby but just subpar. I've come here consecutively because of my toddler. she's obsessed with sprinkles on donuts. The quality of products has just been getting worse and worse... my toast wasn't toasted & my coffee is basically milk with a splash of coffee - that can't be cost effective as coffee is significantly cheaper. I'll probably give this location a few more tries before giving up on it - my toddler is obsessed.

I asked specifically for a decaf Iced toasted almond coffee with cold foam and cream and sugar. Instead I'm handed a LG original iced coffee. Cream no sugar no cold foam. I can't drink their regular coffee. Too much caffeine. Health reasons.This is not the first time they have messed up. I can't wait until we finally get out Starbucks. I have never had an issue with them.

Usually they are okay; donuts aren't fresh but decent, bagels are the same; but this time was just astonishingly terrible. I have rocks for bagels. Not even sure how anyone thought these were okay to serve, croissant sandwich was crusty and hard, and cream cheese is sour... I don't know what they're doing over there, but something needs to change immediately.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have driven by to grab something quick to eat and they are out of it. The lady at the drive thru said they were put of ALL donuts for the day,it was not even 12 and when asked if we could get a hot chocolate we were told no they couldn't make hot chocolate at the moment. The previous times it was the same experience with different items not being available or them unable to make them.
