Food was delicious. Staff was incredible. My husband and I were driving through on our way back to NY with our 4 kids. Kids of course were acting up and the staff was so kind and helpful.

Awful, stale old food. Definitely not worth 30 to 40 dollars. Cold and gross. I see why Bojangles across the street get all the business.

Lost the post I had started. Will try to shorten. This is nearest KFC to me which is not a quick pick up. Always tell them for this reason request fresh hot chicken. Last 2 times not so. Get home, dark and not so fresh. Called both times last time get hung up on since I won't taking the time to take back. Was even told first time 'well if you want hot fresh chicken" & was then told what location to tell the server to get it from. Well that did not work!Isn't everyone entitled to fresh hot chicken and just because it is takeout does it mean "give them the old stuff ". If I pay for fresh hot chicken that is what I want. Why with all the complaints I just saw in reviews has the owners not done something about service. Was told they are Paris & Potter Mgmt Corp.

I've been to this location several times and each time I go they get my order wrong. I just don't know the hard part about getting a order of wings with no sauce, no ranch and add hot sauce right.
