This place is extremely well run from booking to check in to riding the banana boat out to the boat. The captain and crew (his daughter) made everything easy so all we had to do was enjoy the experience. And enjoy we did!

We had a blast on the banana boat. We unfortunately were rained out of parasailing. If you have a chance to ride the banana boat go for it and request Ethan as your captain. He's very attentive to the riders and will give you your money's worth. He'll give you a wild ride that makes you feel like your in the rodeo or he can drive you around like you're ms daisy, and anything in-between but your safety and satisfaction is his concern.

This place ran very efficiently! I think that was the most commented thing on their reviews. Walk up to the address on the website, the tables and check-in is on the beach. 1) Check-in at the canopy and sign vouchers 2) They will offer a bin to put your stuff in 3) You’ll be directed to go to the flags by the shore to line-up and ride the banana boat out to the boat. 4) If you get sea-sick, take medication! Don’t risk it! 5) If you intend to give a tip, bring it with you (it may get wet) but there’s a jar on the boat. Otherwise, you can tip them at the tent where you look at photos. 6) The ride will last about 15 minutes up in the air, but in our case, there was another group. So we were on the boat waiting while they were up in the air. 7) they will dunk you, no question! 8) Once you’re back in shore, photos will be on iPads that they can give you the SD card or AirDrop them to you (for iPhone users). They’re $30. Special thanks to our captain and operators Allen and Dakota! You guys were amazing. The ladies that ran the check-in and photos, great work, you gals are killing it!

SO much fun!!! Claire helped us out and made sure we understood everything perfectly! I would definitely recommend coming to New Wave! Can’t wait to come back again!!
