I would like to write a review of my service on 10/20/2021. Emmanuel Brown was my customer service rep that helped assisted me. He did and amazing job with answering my questions throughout our session. I feel comfortable with him helping me in the future. It is advised to make an appointment before visiting the branch for customer service needs. They do have a mobile check-in system.

I never had any problem with packer ave. However they shoul definitely be reported for being my closed so long. They had plenty of time to put up plexiglass. It’s such an inconvenience to go all the way to eight and Christian to do my banking. I know I’m not the only person discussed with this terrible inconvenience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everytime I go in the bank to get my social security benefits from my card they say the machine isn't working not knowing the teller just used it in front of me 6 days prior. Plus they've been saying this for over 7 months, if something in your bank isn't working for 7 months maybe it's time to fix it or stop lieing. If I have an account there you do not have 5he right to hold me from money that I worked for.
