I have experienced increasing frustration while visiting this location. The line takes longer to get through than most locations primarily due to the fact that employees visit with customers who appear to be friends of the employees for a unnecessary amount of time. This is frustrating when I am in a hurry and waiting up to 30 minutes for a drink when the car in front of me has already received their drink but continues to visit with employees for a extended amount of time in total disregard of the line of cars waiting behind them. I have many coworkers who visit this location and have experience the same issue.

The coffee was good, and the staff friendly. It was raining, and a poor staffer was outside taking orders. The tablet had problems working because of the rain. That's dedication, but management needs to fix that too. Places are understaffed, and you don't need good people getting colds.

I am so bummed to write this because I am a huge dutch bros fan but today my experience with Abby at the airway heights location changed everything I had previously felt. Not only did she make me feel unwelcome she was the most unfriendly worker I’d ever encountered and I my drink wasn’t good at all. However, this will not stop me from visiting other locations because I absolutely love the coffee and every other worker I have encountered.

Our drinks are great dairy-free! We can make them with any of our plant based milks, including oat, almond and coconut.
