Earlier today, I stopped by the King, NC location with my family to price and purchase new furniture. We arrived at the store excited to pick out our new pieces. While browsing, we were greeted by a sales person named Savanah. Savannah asked if we had any questions and we told her that we are trying to figure out which pieces of furniture we would like to pick out for our home. As we continued to browse the store Savannah helped by providing demonstrations on couple of sets that we liked. Soon after we figured out what we liked and wanted to purchase, we asked her to provide us with a couple of quotes and she did. After the quotes, I told her that I needed to discuss the quote with my wife and we would get back in contact with her shortly. In addition, we had our 4 year old child with us who was getting restless and we needed to get him home for bed. We left the store, but I needed to use the restroom. When I returned back into the store, I noticed that no one was at the front of the store. I continued on to the restroom and while there, I over heard Savannah complaining to her co-workers about how we wasted her time and how she could have help so many other customers. But I would like to point out that there was only 1 other couple and another store associate was present during our time there. When I heard what she stated, I was very disappointed and felt disrespected as I have been a customer with Badcock since 2017 and have purchased on multiple occasions. I also have the highest credit limit the store offers and could pay cash for our entire purchase if l wanted to. Unfortunately, due to this incident we will not be back and will be spending our money elsewhere.

Several years ago I had a nice salesman, Brice Jackson. Showed me everything I wanted to look at and did not try to push me into anything. I was very pleased. Today I had Savannah Priddy. She was very helpful and patient with me. I couldn't have asked for anyone nicer. She's great!!! I do however still miss Brice. He was also very good at his job.

Trent was great in helping me find a new refrigerator for my new home. Excellent customer service from everyone. I will definitely be making more purchases there.

The Manager was rude as well as the staff. We went in to get a mattress kit and decided to get a bunkbed set and dining room table set. The kit said it came with the string and safety pins to check how much the mattress has sank. It didn't and no one there had any information about it. From the time my family walked in the manager and one of the employees looked at us with disgust and treated us with no customer service. The only one who tried to be helpful was the new employee with blonde hair. Overall customer service was terrible and they could've cared less that we purchased a bunkbed set and dining room table after the mattress kit. The manager was the rudest and why should her employees be any different when the boss treats customers that way.
