To start I check in everything was ok, until I went in the room I saw a huge worm 🐛 near the bed, I didn’t want to complain so I didn’t pay a lot of attention to it, when I did my check out at 11:00 am at the counter I sat down on the loby searching for and Uber,Lyft or local taxi to take me to the shop were my truck got broken down, the lady at the front desk very rude said you can’t stay here, I said am sorry I don’t want to bother am just searching for a ride, she aggressively answer me saying it wasn’t her problem the I couldn’t be in the loby the I wasn’t going to find any rides because there wasn’t any in the town, so I ask her very politely can you call your manager I think your not having a good day, she start laughing at me she sad am the manager you can’t do anything and if I said you have to leave you have to leave, some maintenance guys the were listening how she was screaming at me told me hey were you need a ride to, I told just to the mechanic shop 15 miles away, he said just give me what the Uber app it’s charging you, so I agree and he gave me a ride on my way there he told me she was very rude to everybody, they don’t know how she could be a manager, hopefully this reviews by a supervisor above her and speak with her how to treat costumers, the people the pay hotel rooms to able to get her paycheck. You have to learn how to respect others.

Positive: Price. Staff we encountered at check in was very friendly and helpful. Negative: Lots of minor issues but was also going thru a remodel. Paint on carpet, bathroom was way to small and i am 6'5 and could barely get under the shower doors. No towels when we first arrived, they were in the dryer and we had been outside in the heat.

REVISITED 5/19/2022. ONLY NEARBY HOTEL WITH VACANCY. NEW OWNER & IMPROVEMENTS ARE VERY OBVIOUS. Whoever owns/"manages" this dump obviously have NO pride in maintenance OR operations. Booked accessible room. ADA complaints should be filed. Shower can not be used by anyone who gets room 106. "Pull the little circle on the faucet" is what the desk tells me....Do you see ANY ring to pull in the faucet picture?? With a FIXED showerhead, no wand, how the hell do you sit on the dubious seat at the BACK of the tub & shower?? Accessible my a$$. Had to take toilet tank lid off, so we can wiggle/tap to fill tank for next flush. Shower rods pulling out of walls. We stop here twice a year, thinking it'll get better...NOT again.

Staff was great, the place itself is a complete dump. Nothing like the photos. I will never stay at a Days Inn again. They have really went down hill.
