I would like to give a big Thank You to the deli associate Michelle for always going above and beyond to help customers and to also get them through the long line that is constantly forming and no one really to help her out, Michelle gives great customer service.

We had a very blatantly rude, disrespectful experience with a cashier named Leanna. My husband felt it was racially motivated. She literally would not greet or acknowledge our greeting or say one word to us. Neither did the bagger. It made the cashier seem mean and appear to have a nasty attitude. But the white person behind us was greeted with a friendly tone and asked about bag preferences. When you as a cashier or a store pick and choose who gets treated with courtesy and even acknowledged you are creating a divisive hostile shopping experience. We’ve never had this happen at Andronicos. Very disappointing. We won’t be going out of our way to shop here from now on.

OMG the deli is q catastrophe! IHave gone air a few times and ALWAYS had a negative experience. The turkey is soon dry, their house made roast beef is (and this is on 3 different occasions mind you) raw! It's blue!!! I told the site director after buying sliced roast beef and house made turkey. He basically did nothing, said he would let them know. I had a sandwich made for me , the person left the deli ,went somewhere in the back, came back wearing the same gloves that she just started making my sandwich with, and continued touching my sandwich! I left BTW I have been a chef at UC Berkeley for 10+ years serving students!!! TERRIBLE 12/31/21 Thought I would give 1more chance. Bought some Prociutto di Parma ($25/#) it was sliced too thick, almost 1/8", when you are it you are left with a bunch of sinew (conective tissue) in hot mouth!! Now I guess I have to take it back! Couldn't use it for New years eve party! Also purchased coppa that was edible but was still sliced too thick, should have been thinner!! So Sad. 2/08/22 Since I posted that previous review I periodically go in just to look and see if anything has been addressed in there again today the roast beef in their deli is blue in the middle it's horrible apparently nobody said anything to the person in charge of the deli but there you go there's some blue raw roast beef in their deli if anybody wants it

OK. I didn't originally Like this development, a chain store moving in on one of my favorites chains, (The old Andronico's) but I have to give credit where credit is due. The Deli in the store, is GREAT, and the people that work there, (Danny and the crew)are KILLING the deli sandwich game. I regularly get a LOADED turkey bacon avocado, and it is always out of this world. So I am more than happy with this place and the workers there are always ultra cool. Now my go to for a serious sandwich. Picture here, is my new favorite, Toscano salami sandwich on sourdough, is the best sandwich in the neighborhood hands down. And that's because of the cool people that work at this deli.
