My 13 mo old and husband waited for over an hour for a routine blood draw for the baby. No one provided any information for the delay. Will not be coming back to this site for any lab visits.

I have had two blood tests at this site. I was bruised after the first draw, but the second time, I was battered. Two weeks later, my arm is still purple/yellow, swollen and extremely painful, after a one-tube draw. The phlebotomist clearly needs to be retrained to draw blood without bruising the patient. I have never had this problem with blood work in the past.

Fairly quick, competent, with better health questionnaire and physical exam than many other similar establishments. Kinda hard to find, with quite unassuming front. Typical difficult SF street parking.

When I happen to go there was no wait. Check in and out 15 min .
The MRI imaging department is horrible! You make and have an appointment, and they reschedule you when you arrive! Better off using a different facility.
