I've been knowing Jay for probably 25 years or more. In one of his responses he said they are one of the few places left that do component level repair. That means they actually replace diodes and capacitors and repair broken traces on circuit boards, etc. They are not limited to televisions, if it works off of electricity, they can fix it.

I called to see how much it would cost to put a cable connector on my 65 inch tv because mine broke. I spoke to jay he told me if I wanted to go a cheaper way he would tell me how or I could have it looked at by him I chose to go the cheaper way that he told me which was go to Walmart and buy a converter box I hooked it up my tv works great. Jay was very honest and not out to just make any money if I would have called anywhere else they wouldn’t have told me about the converter box and I would have had to pay a few hundred dollars to get it fixed. If I ever have to have any work done to any of my TVs I am definitely taking them to them. If you have any questions or need work done on your tv give them a call. Thank you soooo much jay. Excellent and very quick service! I had a large older TV that was in need of repair, but after speaking with Jay we determined that it was not cost effective to repair it. Within an hour or so, Jay came to my home to help me dispose of it. Great customer service - highly recommended!

Great people great introduction can't wait to see the outcome of the repair. Followed up with me great customer service. My TV was unfortunately too far gone.(age vs. technology) But, they did offer me the opportunity to purchase one of their TVs but due to the timing and it being Father's Day and my birthday I was blessed with a new TV.
