Have to say I was upset with Panda Panda. My daughter called our order in for takeout and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we got there to pick it up the young man said he didn't have it at all. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to prepare our food. No apology, no discount nothing. The food was delicious but I can't, unfortunately, say I will go there again. I almost feel bad because this place is really close to me and they do have great food but the service needs some work.

I was very disappointed in my experience on March 18, 2022. The woman owner was very rude to me when I asked her about the water charge on my bill. I told her we didnt order bottled water and she replied we are charging for water like we always have. My husband and I have been going to Panda Panda for 20 years and they have never charged for water!! I told her I was disappointed in the fact that we are being chargied for regular tap water. Well she responded by saying that she did not care what we thought. I told her that we would not be coming back and again she said she did NOT CARE!! Well I guess she does not care if she stays in business either. This was very rude for a business owner to respond with this kind of attitude. Her conduct was very unprofessional.

Just over two years ago this was the best Chinese restaurant around, got new owners about two years ago and it’s been downhill from then. They done away with some of the best food they had , raised prices and no longer have small and large size of anything,just large. They refuse to substitute anything even if you’re willing to pay for it. The thing is the new owners worked with the old ones for at least 6 months so they new what a successful place this was, usually had to wait, now you are lucky if there are 5-6 cars on the lot at once. You used to go sit at the table and the came and took your order and brought it to you on real dishes and got free drink refills, now you walk in and order at the carry out counter and carry your food on paper plates to a table and eat, they do not come by to see if you need drink refills or if you may need anything else. When you are done eating you take all your paper and plastic to a trash can,,And no, this is not due to Covid, they started this before Covid.😥🥺

Very clean restaurant. You order off the menu rather than buffet style food. My Hunan beef arrived fresh and steaming hot. Spicy but not too spicy. Very reasonable prices-at the time of this review, $8.15 for the combo special which included choice of soup with eggroll, fried wantons, fried rice and the main course. With the generous portions, a buffet isn’t missed. Staff was very attentive and polite. We will be back the next time we travel through this area!
