I called and left David a voice mail that I had lost my car keys. He communicated with me a short time after via text message, which was appreciated since it was late Saturday night and voice service was spotty. I explained that it could wait until Sunday morning. So Sunday, he confirmed that he had my type of key in stock and he clearly and frankly explained an estimated cost. We arranged a time to do the lock out service and to match the key to my car computer. I am in Rumbling Bald and he made the trip that morning from Rutherford. He even offered to pick me up and I accepted the ride down to where I had to leave my vehicle. Door to door service! The lock out service was tricky because I have a pretty good car security system I guess but David persisted and got it open. Then he matched the key to the car and we passed the time with pleasant conversation while the computers synced. Great guy, super friendly, and oh also a really good locksmith, lol. Definitely recommend him and his son for locksmith services. Five stars 100%. If you get locked out, call A1 Rutherford. I'm not even from around here and they treated me fair and fast like I was their neighbor.

I purchased some key fobs online that did not come precut. I called A-1 and Nick was able to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice. What I thought was going to be an hour-long job, only took Nick maybe 10 minutes. Quick and efficient! And the keys work like a charm!
